Sixth Day Window Cleaning is a residential exterior cleaning company serving homeowners throughout [central Minnesota]. Everything we do is focused on one thing: making the outside of your home look the way it did the day you bought it.

Window Cleaning — The Three-in-One Clean

Most window cleaning quotes cover the glass and nothing else. Ours covers the whole window.

Every job includes:

Glass — interior and exterior, cleaned to a streak-free finish

Frames and sills — wiped down and detailed, including the tracks where dirt collects

Screens — removed, washed, dried, and reinstalled

We do it this way because a clean pane sitting in a grimy frame still reads as dirty from the curb. Cleaning all three together is the only way you actually see the difference.

How we clean exteriors: we use a water-fed pole system with purified water. The water is filtered down to zero mineral content, so it dries without spots or residue — no soap, no squeegee marks. It also means we're working from the ground on most homes instead of leaning ladders against your gutters, siding, and landscaping.

Interior work is done by hand, with drop cloths down and shoe covers on. We move what needs moving and put it back where it was.

Best for: seasonal cleaning (spring and fall), pre-listing prep, post-construction cleanup, or any time you've stopped noticing how much light your windows used to let in.

Siding & House Washing

Over a Minnesota year, siding collects road dust, pollen, spider webbing, and organic growth — especially on north-facing walls that never dry out fully.

We clean it with a soft wash process: low-pressure application of a cleaning solution that breaks down the buildup, followed by a gentle rinse. Pressure washing siding can force water behind panels, strip finish, and damage trim and window seals. Soft washing removes what's actually on the surface without any of that risk.

Included:

Full siding wash, all accessible elevations

Soffits, fascia, and eaves

Gutter exteriors (the streaks running down the face)

Landscaping pre-wet and rinsed to protect plantings

Best for: annual maintenance, green or black staining on shaded walls, or getting a house photo-ready before it goes on the market.

Bundle: Windows + Siding

Most homeowners book both together, and it's the better way to do it. The house gets washed first, then the windows — so nothing that rinses off the siding ends up back on clean glass. Booking together also means one visit instead of two, and we discount the combined job.

If you're only doing one, do the siding first and the windows second. Doing it in the other order means paying twice for the same windows.
